RECYCLING: STRATEGIC EVALUATION

As part of its corporate plan, a national hazardous waste recycling firm wanted to expand its business into new market areas. As a starting point, the firm asked SEA to supply information on potential acquisition candidates in a variety of market segments related to the recycling industry.

SEA screened over 9,000 potential candidate companies to determine if they met criteria established by the client. The project came in well under budget and was completed in less than one month.
