An investor group commissioned SEA to evaluate generation rates of combustible hazardous waste in Mexico and determine the willingness of manufacturers and producers to use and pay for state-of-the-art hazardous waste combustion services.

SEA also predicted the likelihood of Mexican cement companies entering the hazardous waste combustion market and the impact of such a move, and developed forecasting trends through discussions with environmental managers in multi-national firms in Mexico.
