SEA was commissioned to due a thorough investigation of the current and anticipated revenues of a current low level radioactive waste management firm. The investigation involved contact with all current customers to verify or clarify anticipated waste shipments to the facility being acquired. Based on part of the investigations of SEA, the acquisition was completed.
