SEA performed a due-diligence investigation involving 3 elements: a detailed technology evaluation; a market assessment of the value of the recycled chemical outputs; and, an analysis of the impact of regulatory and market trends on pricing and market stability. In addition the assessment involved a determination on the value of the waste water treatment component of the proposed acquisition candidate. The SEA Report was a central element in the decision by a venture firm to pursue the acquisition.
