SEA conducted a detailed review and analysis of EPA's proposed modifications to the Hazardous Waste Identification Rule (HWIR,) particularly as it pertains to: mixed radioactive and hazardous waste, and the broader application of these modifications to the entire RCRA hazardous waste universe.
