SEA served as a subcontractor to a firm assisting one of the National Labs in refocusing its research and mission priorities. SEA prepared a detailed examination of the upcoming EPA/MACT Rule for hazardous waste combustors and the potential role that this laboratory could play as a combustion research facility to assist industry in complying with this challenging new rule.
