A leading commercial waste management firm contracted with SEA to prepare a regulatory analysis of several RCRA recycling provisions in order to brief regulatory officials on the proper application of RCRA's recycling provisions to the project in question. The regulatory interpretation White Paper was prepared and served as a basis for the company to proceed with their recycling project.
