Prepared an expert report and was deposed in an insurance coverage case involving closure of wastewater lagoons. Report concluded that the costs incurred while undertaking closure were prompted by regulatory avoidance and/or standard business practice consistent with other firms in the industry. Subsequent to the deposition phase, the case was settled in a manner satisfactory to the coverage group.
