Prepared an expert report and was deposed in another insurance coverage case involving closure of wastewater lagoons. Report concluded that regulatory avoidance and/or standard business practice consistent with other firms in the industry prompted the costs incurred while undertaking closure. Subsequent to the deposition phase, the case was settled in a manner satisfactory to the coverage group.
