Served as a technical/regulatory expert to EPA on recycling issues within the steel industry. SEA was called upon to report on the impact that the 1984 amendments had on the recycling rate of Electric Arc Furnace dust within the steel industry, and whether the Land Disposal Ban had accelerated or impeded the trend toward recycling. The Report involved an examination of international trends as well.
