| SEA conducted a detailed market study in conjunction with an antitrust case in the radioactive waste field, and assisted the defense group in structuring the appropriate market study most relevant to the facts of the case and the needs of the firm involved. Also provided technical and research support to better define the relevant commercial market. The Federal District court dismissed the complaint against my client based on a summary judgment motion. |
