Wastes II
|
| SEA served as
a RCRA/CERCLA regulatory and cost expert in a case involving multiple waste
management units at a major petroleum refinery. Prepared an Expert
Report, which concluded that the costs incurred by the refinery were primarily
due to regulatory compliance, management discretion and routine maintenance.
Report also concluded that company intended or expected to cause environmental
contamination at several other units as a result of its practices.
Case was settled in a manner satisfactory to the coverage group. |
