| SEA Prepared a draft Expert Report and provided guidance to a coverage group defending a damage claim by a Western smelting operation. Smelter claimed that numerous historical "accidental" releases would have separately caused Superfund NPL listing despite years of chronic and excessive emissions in knowing violation of applicable Federal and State standards. Case was settled prior to deposition in a manner satisfactory to the coverage group. |
