Occasionally firms seek a modification of an existing regulation or the establishment of a new policy to facilitate the deployment or permitting of a given technology or waste management approach. SEA has worked with over 200 firms on a wide variety of policy development issues at the Federal and State level since 1979, many involving implementation of the 1984 HSWA and the 1980 and 1986 amendments to CERCLA or Superfund.
